Cayman Reef Mai Tai

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Cayman Reef Dark Rum
1/2 oz Charles Rengier Triple Sec
1/2 oz orgeat syrup
3/4 oz Master of Mixes lime juice
1/4 oz Master of Mixes simple syrup
Mint sprig, for garnish
Crushed ice
Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add 1 1/2 oz Cayman Reef Dark Rum, 1/2 oz Charles Rengier Triple Sec, 1/2 oz orgeat syrup, 3/4 oz Master of Mixes lime juice, and 1/4 oz Master of Mixes simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake the mixture well for about 10-15 seconds.
Fill a glass with crushed ice.

Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
Garnish the drink with a mint sprig.
Serve and enjoy!
