Herve Brandy Sidecar

Ingredients:

2 oz Hervé Brandy
1 oz Hiram Walker Triple Sec
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Sugar for rimming (optional)

 

Instructions:

Rim the edge of a chilled cocktail glass with sugar (if desired).
In a shaker filled with ice, add the Hervé Brandy, Hiram Walker Triple Sec, and fresh lemon juice.
Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, if desired.
